I was in Canada in 2016, 2017 and 2018. I have NoA and T4 for 2016 and 2017. For 2018 it seems my return got misplaced now I am left with T4 for 2018 . I have sent the return again.
My question is NOA mandatory for getting PR? Can I apply without NOA for 2018 and mention that it is in progress or shall I wait till I get NOA.
Any thoughts or help please
