NOA and MR delay

wondering if NOT sending NOA can be the cause of not getting MR yet, as other applicants who applied after me got it ..

Is there any reason that you haven't sent the NOA yet ?? but usually CIC request additional docs if they are missing .

I understand. I have been waiting for the MR since first week of July. This is the most stressful part. But nothing we can at this time except waiting.

Hi All,
I sent my application on 5th may without NOA but sent the T4,ref letter, pay stubs for one year. people applied after me got their MR's but I am still waiting for MR.. I recently emailed NOA to cpp ottawa. did any one of you go through the same situation? how long should I wait to receive MR? I am worried now :'(
