No update in cic account

Hello everyone,
I applied online for student visa and till the date I have got 2-3 mails mentioning about update in my cic account but whenever I log in to my cic account, I find no update...why is it so?

You may use the IRCC form to complain of technical errors in your cic account. Better if you wait a day or two to confirm that this was a momentary glitch.

It's normal.. Don't worry...

After reaching on your account dashboard scroll down a bit and click on the blue button "check status and messages".

There you might see some update in your medical and other processes.

I did it already...there is not any update in check status and messages..

This is perfectly normal.. happened to me as well.. it might be whenever someone access our profile we get an update..

happened to me as well,applied on 13th may online,passed medicals yesterday,but this time there were no emails saying abt the update .just happened to check the online portal and came to know to know abt the medicals.

Thanks. I saw ur msg and checked my account today. Medical passed! even I didn't get an email for that. I applied on 2nd may online.

I passed medical 2-3 days ago..

I have lodged my visa application on 31st May paper based and linked to online cic account couple of days ago but there is no any update in my cic account, even with medicals. Bit tensed, fingers crossed.

Does linking to online cic account our offline application gets converted to online application or this is just for notification and stuff?
