No update from past 22 days for Visitor Visa

Hi,
I have submitted for Canada Visitor vasa and received the acknowledgment but from past 22 days there is no further update on my application. I am not very sure whom I have to contact. Can you please help me with any contact details and usually how long it will take to move to next stage from acknowledgment
