Hi you all :)
i badly need help here.. i came to canada last october 2012 and i got my pr card on december. i got a job on december 17,2012 as a casual care aide then i went back to my home country last march 2013 to get married. i wanted to sponsor my husband now but eventually i dont have a T4. i dont think i can get a notice of assessment because of my lack of T4 too.. my company told me that the cut off date to file the T4 was december 9. i did not reach that cut off since i got hired a week later. now my problem is can i sponsor my husband without it? i can write and explain to the embassy but im worried that they might reject my application because of this reason. also, i just stayed in canada for 4 months only. im going back there in june to continue working. shall i proceed with my spousal sponsorship then? im earning well and i would love to pay my taxes..my company deducts monthly taxes from my payslips too..believe me ive been bothering my company about my t4 eversince..if i pass my applications im just worried that it will just get rejected..i need advise on this one..your response is much appreciated.. lots of thanks! :)

My advice to you is ask a letter of employment from your company. Make sure it includes how much you annual income is. your position in the company etc. If you can also get a letter from the employer saying they have a distribution of T4 deadline of DEc 9, and you started DEc 17. which Is why you did not get one would be great. Also you can send them copies of your Pay slips. If you include this there should be no problem. Also please realize that no matter how much money you make does not affect your application to sponsor a spouse. Goodluck!
