There is some guidance required as I am confused if it will create any problem.
My name in passport has my surname but my educational documents don't have my surname.
I have got my WES report mentioning the two names.
I also have an affidavit mentioning the name change of without surname to with surname.
My mother's name is different in my passport and educational documents/DOB. The one that I have in my DOB and educational documents is her previous name. She had changed her name. My passport has her current name. And her passport also has her current name. She has an an affidavit of the name change.
Can anyone please advise if it will be all fine if I give my mother's name as her present name while filling up the application form and then explain this name change in letter of explanation later by giving affidavits when I receive ITA. I am thinking of sponsoring my mother in future. Please advise.
