No Surname in Passport

Hello Friends,

I want to apply for FSW Canada Program this year, but have one doubt regarding Surname of My wife, So I need an expert advice here. Please help.

Actually My wife Name is Mentioned as Given Name:-ABC KUMARI and Blank filed for Surname in Passport. So My question is what should I mention in Family Names(s) and Given Names(s) in "Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]" and other Application Forms of FSW Canada process.

Since Family Names(s) filed is marked as star and mandatory to fill, I can't keep it empty.

Please advice what will be the right way to fill the form so that I don't face any difficulty further.

Now to the question,
If surname is blank on passport, write "Not applicable" in the application forms.

I already checked everything regarding this online and even my wife has a passport with no Surname and when I filled my application I wrote her name on Family name and left Given name blank and I never had a problem...
