No Surname for Access to information and privacy act

What to fill in Surname field when you request visa officer notes via filling access to information and privacy act online form.
Given Name and Surname both are mandatory fields and mentioning "NA" is not an option I believe as generally immigration dept. does not recommend putting "NA".
