No separate place to upload photo for my spouse in online application

Hi I'm an international student trying to extend my study permit along with wife who has openwork permit. I'm trying to apply online together for both of us. The online application has just one place under my application to upload photo and none under the family member application. Not sure where to upload my wife's photo. Could someone please help ?

I am far from being a expert, but shouldn't you be doing 2 separate applications? One for the extension of your study permit & one for your wife's work permit extension? In which case you should be able to upload the photo to the relevant app?

Actually I'm applying as two different applications only but we are just doing together (under a single CIC account and I'm the Family Member Representative for her Online Application). There are separate fields to upload each of our applications. But only only filed under my application for uploading photo. I guess since I'm the primary applicant they just require mine.

Hi, not sure if you had finally figured out or not but i am having the same problem now. How did you finally upload your photo? Did it work?

I think it's not needed. As long as you have answered all the questions correctly and system hasgenerated the required document list, you'd be good to go..

Yes, whatever system asks you.. If you are adamant to submit additional information, you may use the "Client Information" form

If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation to your application.
