I don't have salary credit in my bank statement since I was paid in cash during my work experience. Will that be a problem during visa application?

Is it mandatory to show a bank statement if you've paid the full fees and show the receipt for that and a $10K GIC?

yes bank statement is a positive additional document for employee, and 40% proves that you have been doing job.

@nevillek, you do not need to show bank statement at all if you have paid tuition fee and purchased GIC. However, if you have shown work experience, you need to show experience letter (relieving letter Or FNF). even salary slips are not mandate subject to your submission of experience letter.

Cheers!

Hi, I am in a similar situation too.

I have work experience of 1.8 years in an IT company in India. For the first 1.5 months, I was paid in cash and for the rest of the duration, in a Bank account. As I will put the bank statement of full work experience duration, my salary in cash will not be there on the statement. So, how do I prove it? Note that no payslips were given. Will a letter stating cash salary be enough?

Please help me out as I need to apply for my study permit for Fall 2022 as soon as possible due to high processing times.
