Pre-Assessed..
hello.

i have some tricky situation for my case, and i really need your opinions.
please reply me.

Here is my story to help you better to understand my situation.

My husband and i met in canada, been together for 4 years and came to s. korea together(we have proof of plane tickets and visa stamps)
I, myself finished university and worked in canada since 2003.

I applied CEC when i held post graduate work permit and rejected because my full time hours was not enough to satisfy officer.
also i applied to renew my work permit but i was refused.
so i applied restoration of status but decided to come home with my husband (boyfriend at that time) because i was eating my saving and not working.
so i did not know whether my application of restoration was accepted or not.
but i had no problem to re-enter Canada last November to meet my in-laws.

This is my questions.

First my husband and i did not have any wedding or ring ceremony.
because we did not want to spend money for fancy wedding so we used our money to travel in asia
we married in south korea- technically, went to city hall and signed marriage paper. after we are pregnant.
My husband , i and my parents went to canada to meet my in-laws after , and we have dinner at fancy restaurant, but not many pictures.
actually only few smart phone photos of my husband and me - not with my parents or in laws together (had some family issue on that day...)
would it be problem that we do not have many photos on that day?- that day was kind of our wedding dinner with whole family.

Second my previous refusal of CEC would be problem to process my application for family sponsorship?
As I mentioned, i did not have any problem at the airport to get visitor stamp last november.
but interesting thing happened to me when i was in S. korea.
After i went back from canada , my mother in law received a letter (forward my address to my in law's) for me from local immigration office that they want to interview me.
but I left the country already so i sent a letter to local office saying I left country with photocopy of my visitor stamp and air plane ticket.
after that, i have not received any letter from CIC or local office.

Third question is I plan to visit my in- laws in canada and wait for my application result there.
Would it be fine to go through custom? i will purchase round ticket.

Final question is I am kind confused by one of my status while i was in canada.
Was I implied status when i applied restoration of status? ( my work permit was expired)?

and We have daughter (canadian citizen), when i fill out form, do I need to put her information as dependant or
since i am only one who apply pr, i can remove dependant on form.

thank you for reading this and if you can answer any question, I would really appreciate it.
thanx.

Since you've been together 4 years and have a child together, i really don't see any problems for you. Just explain the situation as you did here, and include any pictures you do have. Having a child together is much more important in your case than having wedding photos.

I don't think a previously refused CEC would have much of an impact on your current PR application. However others can advise better here.

Since you are visa-exempt to Canada, it shouldn't be a problem to enter as a visitor (though of course its never guaranteed). Having a return airplane ticket dated for max of 6 months later will help, since it shows you are prepared to leave Canada after your visitor status expires. Of course once in Canada you can always apply to extend your visitor visa. Also I believe if you've already submitted the PR application, you can show this is in process to the immigration officer.

Since she is already a Canadian, she does not need to be listed as a dependent (so she doesn't need to do medical or anything like that). You would just list her under your family information.
