No response in process time of spouse open work permit application

Hi friends,
My wife submitted paper application in open work permit category along with our 2 years old daughter (visitor category) through VAC (Visa application center) in Bangladesh to Singapore Visa Office on July 15, 2013 after getting rejection in her first application of visitor category in March 2013. Five months process time for open work permit is over in mid December of 2013 but still no progress is developed. It is just showing the application is under process since July 18, 2013. Is it a matter of worried? However, I have been in study permit since September, 2012 and will expire in August, 2014.
Please share your thoughts.....................

Hi, applied for my wife's OWP 4months ago from Bangladesh VAC, still it says under processing since October 23, 2014. Can you please share, What was the final result in your case? and How long did it take to get final decision?
