We ( my spouse and I) got our profile cancelled because of invalid PCC of my spouse. We have rectified the document by getting a new one, we have sent a web form to see if the profile can be re-opened but no response for a week now.
Most importantly, we opened a new profile and asked OINP to transfer our points so we can get into the pool again with higher CRS but they have not responded, they also did not acknowledge the mails.
PS: This is the second time we are asking them to transfer our points to a new profile
We have sent several emails, called severally but were not able to speak to any agent.
PLEASE ANY ADVICE WHAT BEST TO DO
THE ANXIETY IS KILLING AS MOST OF OUR DOCUMENTS ARE GETTING OLDER WITH TIME !
