my parents applied at delhi visa office on 30th may. i do not know about visa i think when we got the passport only then we know

Hi Skrm,

Did you do upfront medicals for your parents? Did you apply for the Super visa or Visitors Visa? Can you give your time line please.

I applied for my parents on May 30th and also we did upfront medicals and still waiting for response from New Delhi.

I am a long time lurker, first time commenter.

My mom applied for SV in the first week of may via VAC. I too haven't received any response from delhi-im-enquiry...as well.

It's been over 50 business days now. Hence the concern.

What do you recommend I do? Any suggestions?

Would appreciate a response.

yes they dispatch the passport on 9th july but we did not recieve the passports. we did upfront medical for super visa.

I recently applied for my parents and they received their passports today.

Their timeline:

They did pre-medicals on 23-Jun-2014
June 30 2014 - Applied visa in VAC Chennai.
July 16 2014 - Online status was updated as Passport dispatched
July 19 2014 - Passport received by parents at home as we requested courier service and not pick up from VAC.

They got the visa stamped for 10 years.

my visa got rejected.. I am thinking if i should reapply again.. but this time i will not mention my wife stays in canada.. any suggestions..???

From what I've learned from the seniors on this forum, lying to cic is a bad idea. You risk being banned from Canada for 2 years.

I have applied for my spouse dependent visa for Canada through my company in aug2014. we have submitted passport , all docs, medical acknowledgement report . But still Visa office requested for medical examination .we have sent again same medical acknowledgement
There’s no response after that. It's been 2.5 months now.
Not sure what's going on...

Anyone experienced the same situation?
Anything can be done based on your experience?
Please let me know if we need to again medical examination

My mom applied for SV (Paper application) on 15th Sept via VFS with upfront medical. I haven't received any response from NDVO. It's been over 20 business days now. Hence the concern.

What do you recommend I do? Any suggestions?
