I send the withdraw request for my applicaiton by email, but got no resposne until now. It's almost 2 weeks. I got no DM1, no emails, nothing. What's the situation now? Should I do anything?

You can always give them a call - they usually have more updated info than the online tool.

Thank you! I already called them twice, and still got no answer from them. I don't want them to think there is something wrong with me or my application...
