NO response from CIC London after 3 years!!!

Seriously frustrated applicant to London embassy. We submitted our application under FSW program 3 years ago and have still heard zero from them. We wrote a letter asking for a timeline in July this year - no response at all!! When we applied the processing time was 36-42 months.
Is this normal? What should we do if they dont reply to letters???

Try calling them, and keep trying till you speak to someone.
