No response from CIC For Physical copy of documents

Hii friends
My uncle (Canadian citizen) has applied for physical copy of my all documents (which I have submitted in 2012 for TRV FOR CANADA in India )ON 15/10/2013 with all documents including Form No. IMM5563E &IMM5744E on my behalf in Canada CIC by mail/Post, But yet he has received no response from CIC .I am worry about this & want to know that how many days I have to wait for response or receive physical copy of my documents please tell me in details (or Uncle has need to contact CIC )

1. Minimum of 30 days plus, as he wants physical copies, it will longer, as the file has to be located, photocopied and reviewed. You didn't keep copies of what you submitted?
