I've applied for study permit on Feb. 24 2016, as an international student from Ankara VAC.
I'd no updates, except the biometrics one, on Feb. 29 2016.
It's over 110 days from the submission and there is no signal from the application. So, I did issue a case specific inquiry from considered form on May 28th 2016 and asked about the dormant situation. (Above the form, they'd stated that the response will be taken into account after 10 days.) Seemingly, they have neglected my inquiry, just like my application!
One might assert that replying to the case is my right and their duty
because I've paid for the processing, according to the regulations and responsiveness is their responsibility.
Why don't they answer my inquiry?!
What does this silence mean?!
Shall I issue the other inquiry?!
