No reply from visa office Bangalore,India

It has been more than three working weeks since I applied for a Visa, I have tried to contact Visa office through mail, but I haven't received any reply. I'm worried it might take longer. Has anyone faced such problem? If so what to do now? Please help.

Hi deepak have u get any reply from the vfs or canada visa office, bangalore. Are u applied for open work permit visa or study visa please let us know. I am in the same situation i applied on last month march 2015 still not get any reply from the vfs. when i track the staus it's shows processing in canada visa office bangalore. if u get any reply please let us know.
