No reply from potential supervisors till now

Hey all!
I am applying to a few universities for MS CS (Thesis-based) programs. A few universities require me to choose a supervisor before applying. I'd read some profiles of supervisors I thought are pursuing the same field as me, and sent them a message. Haven't received reply from any of them. It's been more than 4 weeks now. Should I be worried?

Also, should I send a reminder email that I want to work under them?

Could you please share your profile. Is there any history of past research work?, Have you written any thesis before. Are you from well renowned college/University which invests a lots on research study. If yes, then you are in luck. Otherwise supervisor won't respond.
The reason I know all these because, I have already tried my luck and after failing applying for course bases master.
However, if you have any such background then please keep chasing

Hi! Thanks for replying to my query.
First of all, I would like to state that I'm an international applicant (from India) applying to Canadian Universities. I'm currently in the senior year of UG Bachelors in Engineering - Info. Tech.
My profile is as follows :-
10th - 10 cgpa
12th - 95%
BE in IT - 7.8 gpa till 6th sem (no backlogs) (Univ. of Delhi)
Will graduate in 2020
IELTS : O - 8, L/R/W/S - 9/8.5/7/7.5
No Work Exp. except a 2-month long internship
No publications but research experience with professors
