Thanks for your attention. I sent the oath form (830K) right after the video ceremony and have not got any reply acknowledging they receive it (I send an email to that address before and got an auto reply). I need to travel next week so I am concerned about any delay in E-certificate. Should I send another email or call them? Any suggestions are appreciated.
