No Processing Time available

Hi,

What does "No processing time available" actually mean on the check processing time page? I have been tracking this page for the work permit processing from my location and from 9 weeks processing time few months back it came down to 5 and then 1 week. When I applied it was still 1 week but 2 weeks have passed since and my SOWP application still shows Background check in progress and Eligibility review not started (Biometric and Medical not required).

Does no processing time available mean that applications processing have halted? If anyone as any insights around this, please share.

No. It may just mean the system is down or they are updating the processing times.
