No PR card received yet. More than 140 days.

Hello everyone,
I did virtual landing in Etobicoke on Feb 4th 2021. I got ecopr which was expired. No pr card received yet. Tried linking the PR card application which shows application submitted on Feb 4. It is been more than 150 days. More than the current processing time. Any advice? Or any one in similar situation? Thanks in advance.

Send a web form but it seems PR cards are taking a long time. Since you were able to link it I don't think there's a problem apart from the delay.

there is lots of delay in issuing the PR cards from what i heard
