No PPR update after BVL

I received a message about my BVL on the 20th of Jan, and since then its over 20 days and no update.

I applied through Abu Dhabi, can anyone confirm how long its taking to get the PPR from UAE.

Other points to note, my application is over a year old, using the new portal. I also didn't get any update about my family's visa (wife and 2 kids).

I am student from India and have applied for study permit on 11th Nov 2021. I have received BVL on 18th February and there is no further update since then.
I could see that you have experienced the similar situation. Can you please guide me whom did you contact for further update? and How much duration it took?

Hi Priyanka,

Mine was a basic visit visa that was in-process for almost a year. In the end I withdrew the application and reapplied.

Yours is a student visa and from what I keep reading on the forum, they sent out bulk BVL's in India without following it up with any update.

Sorry wasn't of much help.
