No PPR after 6 months

the following is my timeline and I need help to understand my GCMS notes so that I can take some action.
eApr Feb 27,19
Medical Apr,12,19
Biometrics May 7,19
GCMS received August 6,19

My GCMS says FSW PARKED CASE NOTES.
CASE PARKED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING-OTHER: REVIEW IN PROGRESS - GCMS ISSUES.
I have called and ircc two times and filled the web form too. In both cases it says that there is no missing information as of now and no red flags. However I have not received my PPR and six months have passed. Need suggestions please.

What's the status on your profile now? Any movement or stuck at same point?

Have you explicitly asked about the "CASE PARKED" note? I would ask an immigration lawyer.

My notes had the same remarks. Seemed to me more due to imm 5475 which wasn't uploaded by me. Submitted it next day post which it changed to for RA for review.

Recieved gcms notes today.
Case parked due to name change.

I didn't change my name to clarify on these issue.
New value has my father's name also as it is a common practice in Indian passports to have father's name also in the given name section.
I think from this only the vo might have gone confused.

What can be done now.
