No points for spouse’s level of education

Hi,

My spouse graduated high school in Canada in 2005 but I get no points for this!
Secondary school (high school) credential = 2 points.

Happened to anyone?

I have the same situation, my wife should have 8 points for her degree and maybe 10 points for her language proficiency, but actually I got zero for these two factors, please help.

might want to check that you said:

she's included in the application
she's not a canadian PR or citizen
she had certificate or diploma awarded
she got a canadian certificate/diploma

I got a clue for zero points for level of education
either Canadian diploma or ECA certificated diploma can add some points....

But I still question about zero points for my wife's language proficiency, she got Reading 5H, Writing 5L, Listening 5H and Speaking 4H.
