I know this question has been posted before.

I have read through all of them and I still don't see errors on my form. Not sure if it makes a difference. I didn't two different 1 year programs which I list separately. The answers on the other are the except for dates and what the name of the study was.

I appreciate your help.

You've misunderstood the question. Read it again. It's a list of options. You don't have to meet each statement. Just one.

Suggest you review every single question in your EE profile carefully to make sure you haven't made any other errors by reading too quickly.
