Hi
For some odd reason I am not receiving points for my Canadian education. I just finished this December, a full bachelor's program at a public recognized university, everything is in order and I have supporting documents, but in the breakdown of my points at my profile it says 0.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Have you answered the new questions (since Nov 19th)?

Did you make any mistakes when answering such questions?

Have you waited 24 hrs after the changes?

I applied on December 23, so it should be in effect since the changes of November 19. However, I used my original profile which was made more than a year ago. Could this be the problem? I mean, does the system somehow malfunction with this?
I have answered all the questions correctly

Considering that express entry profiles are only valid for a year I don't know how you were able to edit it in the first place. Also try me by answering these questions:

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
Help

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.
