I recently submitted my express entry profile and was given 445 points for my application. However I was surprised to know that cic didn't gave me any points for parents/ siblings living in canada with citizenship. Can anyone guide me on this? I already contacted (through website) cic, they told me that I've been awarded points as per the system only.

Did you provide all the necessary docs required to establish your relationship to your blood relatives? I am only able to come up with that assumption, maybe a crucial doc was missed. Maybe wait for others to pitch-in. Good luck.
The nationality of your parents has nothing to do with your CRS
How old are your siblings. They need to 18 or older for you to get points.
