No points added to my EE profile despite adding Spouse's language results

Has anyone faced an issue while updating your EE profile adding Spouse's language assessment results? When I updated my profile with my spouse's assessment results, I don't see an increase to my score, though there should have been an increase.

If you have faced this and got it resolved, please indicate how.
