no pickup after payment!

Hi guys,
I got payment link of passport submission courier service on 19 nov, paid on same date.
Received AWB no. and pick up date 20 Nov. however, no pickup attempted and AWB no. does not exist in BlueDart system.
Anybody faced similar issue? or how they resolved it.
VFS is not replying to emails anymore.
BlueDart says AWB no. is Invalid.

Hey Gurpreet,

It's great to see you got a PPR. Please share if yours was an SDS application, and first time applying to Canada? I have a similar timeline but am still waiting for PPR.

Did you submitted your passport yet.if yes let me know how please
