I have applied for FSW on 07 July 14 and din't get the PER yet, very tensed.

Courier date : 04 July 14
Courier delivery date : 08 July 14
Mode of Payment : DD

Does CIC reply for each and every applicant whether they it is successful or not?
Is the 'Bar Code' mandatory for the application which is manually signed ?
How to inquire the status of the application, i am staying in UAE.

Request to help me and i am very much disheartened.

Dont be dishearten, matter of time, applicants with payment option of demand draft takes time, more than CC option, so dont worry

If bar code is not there for manual entry, would my application gets rejected ??
Can i submit it again under the same reference ??

By speculation what would be the average time difference between a credit card payment and DD payment ?

Yes your application can be returned back, you should have followed instructions carefully by checking on cic official website.. This is a mistake on your part, dont take these things lightly....so expect it could be returned, but if you lucky...you never know....but no one would do this what you did...
You can re-send your application again.
Not sure about average time diff btw credit payment and DD, its few weeks, guess.... check with your local bank too.
