Greetings and Happy New Year to everyone,

I got admission from Concordia University, Canada for May 2013. So I am applying for Study permit/Student Visa and CAQ on February. I completed my bachelor's in 2010 and after that i worked as Application Engineer in an Automation Company (It's not a very big and well reputed company, but it's a small company... But i signed a contract for 2 years and had to work there). I worked there, and resigned on July 2012. So i worked from Sept 2010 to July 2012. Now there are two problems for me
1. I do not have Payslips and Income Tax forms. I received my salary only in cash, in an envelope. (My salary was just Rs. 8000). And as my salary was below the Tax Exemption limit, i did not file for Tax returns... But in visa application form's, they are asking for 3 months payslips and income tax forms and i do not have that.... Will that be a problem.... Is Exp Cert alone enough... Please help me guys, i am very depressed because of this problem.
2. And the second problem is, I did not work after July 2012. ( I was unable to get a Job). So i have gap from July 2012 to Jan 2013. Will that be a problem..... (My uncle owns an Hospital and will provide any kind Exp Letter if i ask...If it's absolutely necessary, I am thinking of asking him an Exp letter that says i worked as an Electric Engineer from Aug 2012 to Jan 2013 in his Hospital...But here too, i won't have any Payslips and It forms.
What is it, that i should do ?
Please Help me....(My U.S Visa was rejected for Fall 2012 and this is my only chance of studying Master's)
Thank you.

Well I do not think a problem to that as you do not have pay slip or income tax return since it is something extra that helps. But I do advise you to attach the Income Tax slabs for the both the year 2010 and 2011 in which you had a contract from that company and can prove you are tax exempt. Also you will be getting the experience letter from your employer in that just mention your annual salary was ........Rs or $.... and your per month salary was ......... and you were paid in cash. And hope that is the case with that firm like even if they confirm from your employer or something you will be on safe side.
And If possible get that certificate but I wont prefer electric engineer certificate rather get a volunteer work certificate from him since that will have more value.

Hope seniors can guide you more better but that what I know,Thanks.

actually my background was a little bit similar thats Y i was asking..... however I don't have to submit taxation slips as here in Islamabad they didn't ask for it.... Here we just have to show proof of finance..

I guess some seniors from India might be able to elaborate you on this problem...

Thank you for your time and advice ayaz... "Volunteer Work Certificate", will that be good... And i am also thinking of saying like, I was self employed and doing consulting work for automation industries.... But i don't have any proof...

hi
do not get involve in any fraud information. the high commission has a very strict verification. As you have applied to Concordia and got the OL, pay the whole year tuition fees. and then buy GIC for one yr living expenses. that ways there will be only 2 dox that will be required . The tuition fees payment receipt and the GIC certificate
contact me at singh.monika.aditya@gmail.com for any further explanation

Thanks
