No option to upload photos OR imm5645 (family info) form

At no point the online application process has asked for these 2 things. im at fee payment page and no where to upload photos or family information form ?

because when you go for biometrics appointment submission of the application, photo is taken at the VFS center
and family information is already builtin to the form online hence not required separately

But for family they didn’t ask about siblings in application only parents, so that’s fine?
