I've been living and working outside of Canada for 5+ years now, and have no primary ties to Canada, other than a couple of minor secondary ties.
Because of this I can't get an Option C so I wanted to ask if the below will suffice to send across, and if I send these documents will they possibly send back the application for any reason?
1) Short typed letter explaining why I do not have an Option C - stating I've been working abroad and would be considered a non-resident for income tax purposes, so I have not filed taxes. The letter will also state that my savings earned here will be used to support myself and my spouse in Canada.
2) Employment letter from my current and last employer
3) Pay stubs from the last 12 months
4) Would it help to send a copy of a bank statement showing how much I've saved as evidence? or is that not required?
