No official confirmation of dependent PR

Hi,
I have applied for dependent PR visa, I have sent paper file to Sydney, Canada office, they received my file on 26th March. I haven’t received any confirmation of UCI OR acknowledgement letter.
I contact IRCC by web form , they replied : the responsible office is currently processing application received before 12th February.
DUE to corona pandemic , they didn’t even touch my file
Anybody has any information regarding this or anyone have the same problem .

Thousands of people have this problem. Acknowledgement of receipts are VERY delayed at the moment. You'll likely be waiting a few more weeks or months.
