Hi everyone i would just like to ask if is it true that cic dont approved anymore a spousal open work permit based on husbands skilled noc? I just heard it from a friend and i would like to ask here maybe someone had encountered already this kind of situation..thank you.

I still see open workpermit clause under CIC website.

I have sowp, and I didnt hear anything like that
