No message from CIC in EE profile

Hi

I have created a profile in EE and I got my score but after 1 week I have not received the pdf message I was supposed to get for creating Job Match/Bank account.
Does anyone know how to deal with this issue?

Note: I know where to look for messages, and I know it is not in my email!!! there are 0 messages in my EE profile.

If you are having problem with No message and No Job Seeker Validation code after submitting your EE profile, please try this workaround..

Yes I too have a score but no ee profile number and no job seeker validation code. Does anyone have any clue how to get this??? Thanks!
