I recently got my Post Graduate Work Permit. Since I didn't get a medical exam, I expected to have condition 15 and 16 printed on it, but those conditions aren't stated in my work permit.
My IMM5754 had this written on it: If you do not have valid medical results you may have received condition 15 or 16 printed on your permit stating “Not authorized to work in 1) child care, 2) primary or secondary school teaching, 3) health services field occupations (condition 15), 4) agricultural occupations (condition 16)”.

Since I don't have those conditions on the actual work permit, can I work in agriculture, healthcare, and teaching?

I have a similar situation. Yesterday I received the letter stating that my permit had been approved, but it says "If you do not have valid medical results you may have received condition 15 or 16 printed on your permit stating “Not authorized to work in 1) child care, 2) primary or secondary school teaching, 3) health services field occupations (condition 15), 4) agricultural occupations (condition 16)”. ... should I then take the medical exams and reapply? Or should I wait for my permit to arrive and check whether it has these restrictions, since my previous permit didn't? Could I submit the medical results via web form since I haven't received the new work permit yet?

If the conditions are not on your WP then no issue. Because you were both in Canada and were not flagged for use of medical care in Canada or by public health it is assumed you have not acquired a new communicable disease. The conditions are in place to protect vulnerable populations (children, the ill, elderly, etc.) from communicable diseases. Some employers may still require some additional tests like a TB test to be employed in the facility but that has nothing to do with immigration.
