no med request in a week from CHC delhi then chances of rejection high...TRUE?

I applied on 3rd july from hyderabad ,,,didn't get any response yet...I heard that if u don't get med request within a week of application then chances are ur visa will be rejected,,Is this true?? plzzz help people who hv got med request even after a week and got visa's too from CHCdelhi

I applied under general category on july 4th and got medical request today (excatly after one week). But i have done my medicals and attached the receipt with my application. Then why are they asking again ???
