No last name!

Hello!

I’m filing the eAPR and I realised that my sister has no last name on any of her documents.
The form does not allow the last name column to be left blank.
As previously suggested, filling the entire name in last name column and leaving the first name blank doesn’t work either.

Has anyone dealt with such problem?

Mention full name in both first name and last name text box. The will look similar.
