No Last name on indian bachelors degree.

I have full name on my passport and on all documents in canada i.e. First Name Middle Name Last Name
But my Bachelors degree from india only has my name as: First Name Middle Name
Now I am submitting my file for express entry.
I want to know if it is fine to just submit documents as it is because my given name is same on my degree just without my last name.

I got a self declaration saying that XY and XYZ are the same person.
Stated while studying, I didn't use my last name but after completing the studies, I started using the family name with my name.
Got it notarized and stamped.
