no job seeker validation code

I received a message from MyCIC to register with job bank and there wasn't job seeker validation code, only profile number. How can I register? where should I take this code?
And anybody know how many points can I get for my spouse's education (WES(master's degree)?

I received a pdf letter from CIC after submitting my profile that doesn't include job seeker validation code. I like to know if the IELTS result affects on it? my total IELTS score is 6 (S:6, W:6, R:6, L:5.5). My other condition is OK (assessed related education, related work experiences,...).
