Hi good day! I would like to ask question regarding my daughter's IMM 1017.so I received an email from IRCC for our medical exam instructions but I only received 1 medical report form and its only for me. My daughter's name isnt included. Btw, she is not my husbands daughter. And i dont know the identity of her real father though I submitted LOE in my application last november. Can someone help me answer this question? Thanks in advance!
