No IME number recieved

Hi All,
I am from India and have applied under the Family class program to Canada and i have sent the application on September 2019.
Since i have not received any update, i went to CIC web site to check status of the application.
The status says that an email has been sent to me on November 8, 2019 regarding medical instructions.
I am assuming that this email would have the IME number and some other instructions about the medicals.
However i have been checking my email regularly and i do not see any email regarding the medicals.
I checked all mailbox SPAM< TRASH, INBOX but with no luck on finding the email. I would appreciate any guidance as to what should i do next ?
I did drop an email to the immigration but have not heard back.
Is anyone able to help me on how i can find out what this IME number is , whether it has been generated, if yes what it is and how do i proceed?

I also have the same problem. I received a letter from CIC(Text below for Reference) that PR Medicals submitted previously have expired. But I did not receive Medical Instructions yet and due date to complete medicals is in the next couple of days. Can I use the IME# from the previous medical request? Tried reaching out to CIC but no feedback received till now.

This requirement cannot be waived. Instructions for your new medicals have been sent to you separately.

If you or your family members (if applicable) are unable to complete the medical examination, you must notify our office before the due date with an explanation
