well, today I call WES, no help at all. I am really disappointed. They did not know themselves what documents they need to evaluate my Italian credential. I told them that I don't have any transcripts, as the course that I attended (Master Universitario di primo livello) did not have any exams, I only had to pass my final thesis to get the diploma, which I did and, but no exams, no grades. And after waiting more than an hour on the line, she could not help me at all. I asked at least to verify with those people who do the evaluation, but she refused and told me to send them all the documents and then they will see what else they need and will ask me again, but why should I send twice and lose time and money. This was not a service, no help at all. Too bad!
No help from WES operators on my issue. Totally disappointed!

Dear, may I know what exactly your question is ? Your course had no exam or no grade so what you want them to say about it? Wes want your certificate and transcript only they don't bother how many exam or how many marks you got. If in transcript or mark-sheet or in a papers university mention you have done the thesis and got the pass mark, It'd be okay. Try to get a transcript or mark sheet states you done which thesis and passed. If your university don't agree to give such documents I have doubt that wes will recognize your university.italiarm said:

In any normal Masters program your thesis is marked. So you would have a mark based on how well you did on your thesis even if there were no exams. My Masters thesis was certainly assigned a mark.
