I applied gcms note on 22nd Sep, 2021. Now it's officially 5 months, but I haven't received anything.
I applied through an agency and they had no ideas about why it took so long. We respectively raised up webform to request update, but no response was received. Hence, I tried applying through another agency again in Feb, 2022, and now waiting for the outcome. I also tried calling IRCC from overseas, but refused to be transferred to representatives all the time (automatic reply).
Thank you in advance if you could give me any suggestions.
