No ECAS access if Surname missing on Passport?

Hello guys, I just want to know if this is the case. Did anyone who does not have a Surname on their passport and only has Given name is able to log into ECAS?

I do not have a Surname on the passport and from what I heard, apparently I might not be able to log into ECAS because it asks for the Surname as mentioned in the identity document.

Please share.

I submitted a CSE to them, and they replied with the details i needed to login. Yu could try the same
