no company letter head???--black and white format.

my company like to give everything as specified in CEC check list.But they dont have a letter head.They give in a standard format of the company letter printed in black and white.It contains logo,address,comapny site and everything. Can i keep this with my application.Help needed.

If they don't have letterhead, it is nothing you can do about. But you said they gave everything else, it should be fine.

Re the black and white, the checklist does not say it need to be in colour as I can recall? And you are not required to give the original anyway, don't really think it is a bid deal.

I had the same issue. I made one of my own and told my boss about it and he said its ok.

don worry about this one...I had the same thing...means simple one with black and white format and everything went well....so as long as yours duties are matching with your noc code you are good to go

Will they attach a business card? That would help a lot. Someone who signs the letter, your supervisor's and perhaps HR or even both cards.

Also, you may write an explanation letter stating clearly that there is no letterhead of your company to let cic be aware.

Did anyone got PR by keeping Black and White Reference letter with their application.Anyone please let me know.So that i cab be confident,otherwise i will look for another alternative.

My Company gives me letter on letter head but they don't give us the original letter. They just give scanned copy..It shouldn't be a problem as long as you got letter from company.

I submitted black & white printout of the letter. I have got AOR.

The original letter I got is in black and white. I don't understand why you concerned about it?

As I told you before my company doesn't have any letter head, I made one of my own in Black and white, showed it to my boss. He said its ok and I got them signed. It can be black and white or it can multicolor, it really doesn't matter. I don't know why you are so much concerned about it. CIC don't have any your company letter head as your company don't have one. so whatever letter head you are going to you. CIC will take into consideration as far as its signed and all duties are mentioned in it. No specific requirement for company letter head. ;D

If so, he needs to explain to cic why the letterhead is missed.

Agree 100%. I just wanted to remind Ganapathi as he has concerns about letterhead. As another member had same problem, he probably has to work it out with his company to avoid issues.

Black & white or color is not an issue I believe as it is not required specifically in the checklist. And as I mentioned earlier, original is not required even.
