No communication received from IRCC

Hello,
I applied for citizenship and according to FedEx my parcel was delivered on Nov 9th 2018. 2 months ago.
I heard that some people receive an email or a letter confirming IRCC has received the application.
I have not received anything. Should I be worried?

It can take a few months to receive your Acknowledgement of Receipt email. I wouldn't worry.

Ohh OK, somebody told me that her daughter got the email 5 days after she applied and then of course I worried. Thanks for your answer

Everyone is different. It took 34 days for them to send me my AOR and then a further 62 days for my status to change to In Process.

I suggest joining the November applicants thread and taking a look at the tracking file. You can see the range of dates for applicants.
